Get Kräfty This Christmas!

You’ve decked the halls. You’ve decked the walls. You’ve decked the roof. You’ve even decked the deck. Which means all you’ve got left is to deck the beer. Yep, you read that right. Don some K apparel and make your Kräftig a little more festive with these fun DIY projects!

Reinbeer (6-pack)

Supplies:
6-pack of Kräftig
6 Pipe Cleaners
Hot Glue Gun
Googly Eyes
Pompoms
Scissors

Step 1.
Cut each pipe cleaner in half. Then, cut six of those halves in half again. You should have 6 half pieces and 12 quarter pieces.

Step 2.
Wrap the longer pipe cleaner around the bottle cap at the middle and bend the ends upward, creating a “U” shape. Take a shorter pipe cleaner and wrap it around one of the aforementioned ends. Bend it upward in a “U” shape as well. Do the same for the other end. Repeat for the other bottles.

Step 3.
Glue googly eyes to each bottle and then glue on pompoms for Rudolph-esque noses. Let the glue dry and then you’ve got a 6-pack of reindeer ready to pull a sleigh.

Kräftig Bottle Cap Ornament

Supplies:
8 Kräftig bottle caps
Cardboard/Foam Board
Ribbon
Bow
Box Cutters or Precision/Detail Knife
Hot Glue Gun

Step 1.
Glue the bottle caps in a perfect circle at the corner of the cardboard. Let dry.

Step 2.
On a proper cutting surface, use the cutters/knife to cut a circle in the board around the inside edges of the bottle caps. Repeat this with the outer edge of the bottle cap circle as well. Punch the inner and outer circles out of the board, resulting in a bottle cap circle that resembles a wreath.

Step 3.
Cut your ribbon to the desired length, depending on how big of a hanging loop you wish to create. At the top of the circle, glue one end of the ribbon to the back of the board. Then, loop the ribbon and bring the second end around to meet the first. Glue the second end to the back like the first, creating a hanging loop.

Step 4.
Add the bow to the base of the circle to give it some flare and create the appearance of a tiny wreath.

Kräftig Beer Tree

Supplies:
30-pack of Kräftig
Cardboard/Foam Board
Artificial Evergreen Garland
Optional Tree Decorations: Ornaments, Glitter Garland, Star Topper, Lights, Etc.
Hot Glue Gun
Marker
Scissors
Wrapping paper

Step 1.
Divide cans up for the three tiers of the tree. You will need four cans for the top tier, seven cans for the middle tier, and 12 cans for the bottom tier.

Step 2.
Group cans together into three separate circles on the board. Draw a circle around each group of cans, leaving about an inch of extra room around the edge of each.

Step 3.
Cut the circles out of the board. These will function as the bases for each tier. Wrap the bases in wrapping paper, completely covering the boards.

Step 4.
Now, build the tiers. Assemble the bottom tier, grouping the 12 cans in a circle on the largest base. Assemble the middle tier by placing the medium-sized base on top of the 12 cans. Then, arrange the group of seven cans in a circle on top of the middle base. Repeat this last step with the smallest top base, arranging the last four cans in a circle on top.

Step 5.
Decorate! Wrap the evergreen garland around the bottom of each tier and cut it to the appropriate length. Then, use the hot glue gun to glue the garland to each base. You can even add additional decorations like ornaments and bows – just be sure to glue them in place as well. Our tree is legit AF, so we even made a star to go on top, but that’s just us.

Please don’t put any little ugly Christmas sweater koozies on your Kräftig this year. Instead, get kräfty by decorating with Kräftig. Oh, in case you needed more incentive, making these decorations also gives you an excuse to drink a little before the awkward family members show up for dinner.
